Scenario 1
The Nova customer is an enterprise with multiple tenants and wishes to report across all tenants, regardless of where they are accessing the reports from.
This scenario:
- Assumes you have access to ALL of the tenants
- There is no tenant on-boarded to the root, and all services have been enabled
- Tenants have been on-boarded to ALL child containers
- Setting the services in this way allows:
- Separation of TMS management and Nova operational rules
- Allows reporting across all tenants regardless of where you are accessing

Scenario 2
The Nova customer does not require the ability to report across multiple tenants, regardless of where they are logged during their Nova session. However, they can report across tenants where reporting has been configured.
This scenario:
- Assumes you have access to ALL tenants
- There is no tenant on boarded to the root, and services have NOT been enabled
- Tenants have been on-boarded to all child containers.
- Setting the services in this way allows the following:
- Separation of TMS management and Nova operational roles
