The people who are delegated actions need to be invited into Nova.
This is easy to do, and we’ll see how to do it now.
When creating policies, you’ll need to ensure the person or people who are being delegated actions are Nova users. Otherwise they won’t be able to log in to access the service. In other words, have they been through this invite process before?
